Miss Olivia Downs always tells me to "get over myself", but is a little pride a bad thing? I think its good to be proud of what you've done. You should appreciate it, realize it, and other people should too. When it gets to the point that your openly proud about everything, now thats bad. Here's a list of things I'm proud of-
1. Being an accomplished musician
a. Being one of the best guitarists in our grade
b. Being a pretty good pianist
c. Working on Saxophone, and the progress I'm making
d. Being a pretty good singer
2. Being one of the smartest kids in our grade, behind of couse several fold (ie. Allison, Matt, Kit, and several others)
3. I'm a pretty good stratagist, and I almost always win in risk.
4. I have incredible hair.
This a list of the main things I'm proud of, and I'm open about it. So please, don't tell me that I brag, because I think I'm just appreciating the work I've put into these things. All of you too have things to be proud of too, and I encourage you too! These people and things include:
1. Alison- You're way smart! It's insane!
2. Matt- You also are ridiculously smart! You also pick up quickly on things, and have DECENT hair.
3. Kit- Youre an incredible drummer, and have the intellegence of a genius! TWO MEASURES!
4. Bo- You happen to have the best nickname ever, most potential for a good head banger, and you have successfully redefined the Baritone Horn.

also, i am sick of people only defining me by my smartness. the only thing i have been since elementary school is THE SMART GIRL, and it annoys me :(

but i totally agree with you! i hate being defined by the talents i was born with
but you are smart
but that's only one of the amazingly wonderful things about yooouuuu. by the way, alison, if you read this, remind me to ask you to the dance on saturday won't you?
